Who we are
We are a group of 8 students from Don Bosco Technical Institute Embu, currently pursuing different trades offered by the institution, we were touched by the high dropout rate of pupils from the local village where we identified the cause, and with the help of our institution and Seed 4 Africa, we want to address this challenge of Malnutrition in Children from the age of 3 years to 10 years old in Muthatari village in Embu, by Offering Eggs and chicken Meat to supplement the lack of protein deficiency
Our call to action : Buy a chicken to feed a family
By addressing this challenges :
1) children/pupils dropout of school
2) poor performance in school
Will be addressed, by offering (protein) Defiency, The identified 15 families will benefit by getting eggs, meat,
through our project of chicken rearing, thus making it available at free and the surplus will be sold to the local community and profits will be used to increase the production to support more families
